A:We usually use T/T for big order, 30% deposit before production, the balance 70% before delivery. Small amount order usually use Paypal or accordiing client's requirements.

A:Our products could be shipped by Fedex,DHL,TNT,EMS,by Sea, by Air,ect.which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements.

9.Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.

10.Q: What will you do if the goods have something wrong when i received them ?
A: If it is cause by us fault, we will send the goods to you for free.
