Our mochi skin is thin and smooth texture with rich premium Malaysia cheese filling inside.

1 packet has 4 pieces of mochi (we can pack it into 6 pieces per packet too)
1pc of mochi is 25g

We perform strict quality control on our mochi production to ensure consistent taste, good quality and food safety:
1) Every batch of stock will be randomly choosen for brix, taste and texture test by our product chef.
2) Every batch of stock will be send for lab test and analysis (TPC, E.Coli, Coliform, Samonella, etc) to ensure conformance to food safety and for Health Certification.
3)Finished mochi is taken to measure the weight and check whether in good round shape
4) Usage of certified UV LEDs in the production line to help inactivate pathogenic bacteria and preserve the mochi.
