1.    Where is your factory?

Our factory locates in Jimo District of Qingdao and 25 minutes to Qingdao Liuting airport and 1 hour to Qingdao seaport. It is very convenient.

2.  What kind of material you can produce?

 Our spectrom has 28 channels. We can make all of them we can test.The main material for us is as below,

Stainless steel:201/304/316/2205/17-4PH/INCOL625/410/411/412

Carbon steel: 20#/25#/35#/45#/CLA1A/CLA11/CLA12/WCB/SCS13

Steel alloy:EN24/EN36/EN36A

3.  How about your MOQ?

 Due to we are professional OEM/ODM factory,we can produce any quantity per our customers’ demand :even 1pc as long as the material can be melton by our furnace.

4.  What about the products’range?

Based on the parts’weight,it is from 0.005kg till 60kg each pc.

5. How to control the products quality?

 Under ISO9001 quality management system controlling,

Material: incoming/before melton, we analyze it with our Spark spectrum, the record for 5 years at least

Casting: we make the castings per customers orders. Before mass production, we will test the whole casting process, after qualifying the parts sizes and process, we can start mass production.

Machined sizes: we use TaiWan-made CNC lathes and CNC vertical machining centers, also Japan-made MARZAK horizontal machining center for machining, the tolerance can be +/-0.015mm(0.0006’’).

Inspection gages and tools: Japan Mitutoyo caliper/ID indicator/ID micro meter etc., LEADER CMM

6. How about the leadtime?

Typicaly:

Mould:7-15days based on the parts’ structure: simple or complex

Samples: 7-10days       Production: 12-21days
