The source of the organic fertilizer raw materials:
1.Agricultural waste,such as straw, soybean meal, cotton aphid and so on. 2. Livestock manure,such as chicken manure, cattle and sheep horse dung, rabbit dung; 3.Industrial waste,such as distiller's grains, vinegar grains, cassava residue, sugar residue, furfural residue, etc.; 4.Livestock garbage,such as kitchen waste, etc.; 5.City sludge,for example, river silt, sewer sludge, etc.

Production process
Electronic belt scale
This is the first step for fertilizer production,all raw materials will be fed into full automatic belt scale with accurate control of the amount of each raw material,this ensure the exact measurment of the raw material and the final product.
Drum Granulator
It main work method is reunited wet granulation, with the founction of a certain amount of water or steam, the powder or fine type raw materials feed into the drum reunion into pellets with the rotation of cylinder.
Rotary dryer
The fertilizer granules exit granulator will be fed into the dryer machine to remove extra moisture and improve its hardness.
Rotary cooler
After drying,the fertilizer granules are too hot to packing ,so they will be put into the cooler machine to chill the granules to ambient temperature,at the same time,its hardness will be improved and moisture content be lower
Rotary screen
The fertilizer granules will be fed into screener after cooling to seperate coarse granule,fine granule and powder,the coarse granules and powder will be recycled into the production line,the fine granules will go to the next step.
Coating machine
The fertilizer granules exposed to the air will be easy to absorb moisture ,so we use the coating machine to spray anti-cake agent or oil agent to prevent caking.
Packing machine
The fertilizer granules with good quality will be transported to the packing machine and packed in bags and stock.
