Description

LoraWan Wireless Inclinometer Sensor with MQTT protocol IP67 868 MHz,  433 Mhz optional  for internet of things ZCT390E-SWP-L

Description

ZCT390E-SWP-L wireless inclinometer is a high accuracy tilt sensor developed by Shanghai Zhichuan(). Based on LoRaWAN wireless transmitting technology, the inclinometer is capable of detecting ±90℃ tilt. It Can be widely used in municipal projects, telecommunications, thermal, water, electricity and other industries.

Features

Outstanding Performance

Industrial Class Components

LoRaWAN communication

Lower Power Consumption

Applications

Safety control, monitoring, alarm.

Technical parameters(room environment(25℃))

1. work parameter:

Note 1:Annual product self-discharge rate <3%, within the temperature range. Discharge rate will be bigger than 3% if the temperature is beyond the range.

2. performance parameter (room environment(25℃) )

Note 1:Limited by the physical law of calculating the inclination by measuring the gravity acceleration, the product calibrated angle range (factory setting) is -60~+60 degrees. Beyond this range, the resolution and accuracy of the product will be reduced a lot, and the general accuracy can reach 3-5 degrees or even greater. If not specified, the product measurement range is -60 to 60 degrees.

Note 2: Resolution refers to the minimum variance that can be detected by the sensor while working in its valid range.

Note 3:Under Relative Measuring Mode,without alarm,heartbeat rate once per day,temperature 25℃,calculation equation:

Average operating current = (0.013 * (86400-3-20) + 150 * 3 + 13 * 20) / 86400 = 0.021214 (mA). In the equation, 0.013 represents for the sleep current 0.013mA, 86400 represents for the heartbeat cycle 86400 seconds or 24 hours, 150 is the transmission current 150mA, 3 represents for the transmission time 3 seconds, 13 represents for the transmission waiting for the receiving current 13mA, 20 represents for the reception waiting time 20s.

Theoretical Standby time (year) = 8.5 * 1000 * 0.7 / 0.01214 / 24 / 365 = 32.018 > 10(years). In the equation, 8.5 represents for the battery capacity of 8.5Ah, and 0.7 represents for the battery capacity utilization rate of 70%.

Mount step :

a. Install as following shown:  fixed the bottom of sensor on the monitoring object(Customers who customize the SIM card need to install the SIM card to M1 card slot in advance and customize the server IP address);

b. After fixing, open the top cover, connect the battery plug with mainboard by BT1 connector.

c. Fixed the cover, put back object to the original position, you can get one alarm frame data from sever. Then the installation is finished.
