A5:Vector graph in AI, CDR, PDF EPS etc. file. Please kindly be noted that the resolution rate must be higher than 300dpi and the layer must be editable, it can not be merged.

Q6: What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork? Can you help me with the design?

A6:Yes. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance on the design.

Q7: Can I get samples to review the quality?

A7:Of course. We offer free samples. You would need to pay for the shipping cost.

Q8: What is the turnaround time for the mass production?

A8:12-15 days for no print bags, 20-25 days for print bags.(subject to the quantity)

Q9: What is the delivery time?

A9:1-4 days by international express, 7-10 days by air, and 30 days by the ocean.

Q10: How can you make sure the final printing meets my requirements?

A10:We will send you an e-digital proof to confirm the printing before the mass production, the proof is created according to your artwork.

A11:Our products pass the test of  BPA Free and we have the certificate, which proves that they are food grade, could be safely used to pack food and beverage etc.
