Raw material Automatic feeding and metering system

Machine part: Automatic Material feeding and metering system
Introduce :1.Cement ,flyash,EPS particels will be metering and feeding into the mixer automatically to save the labors and improve working efficiency also it is more environmentally .
2.Sand (or ceramsite /slag /pumice stone other agregate) and additives will be feeding into the mixer by lifting hopper

Raw material automatic mixing system

Machine part: Double-shaft mixer
Capacity available :1.2/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5 sqm
Introduce:the mixer capacity is related to the mould car quantity , so we will equip the mixer after confirm the capacity with client . so that can makre sure our proposal is suit to you .
Features: the double shaft is to blend the raw material more even ,also save time . different capacity to satisfy different client's requirement .
Machine part:Second mixing mixer
Unique feature :If the mould car quantity is more than 10 units ,then we will equip the second mixing mixer, so as to save the mixing time of the first mixer and improve working efficiency ,increase productivity .
Note: normally use one-shaft mixer ,only large capacity will equip second mixing if small capacity ,second storage hopper is enough .

Automatic forming system

Machine part:Pump+pipe
Introduce : After the mixer mix the raw material well then the workers use the pump and pipe to cast the slurry into the mould car
Features:The pump is to make the pouring more even, no need to vibrate, and the working platform will be clean and the material will not be wasted.
EPS forming system

Machine part:The Boiler system
Introduce:The boiler will supply heat for EPS foam
Feul:coal (need burner),gas ,oil
Machine part: EPS foaming machine
Introduce:It will foam the eps by boiler supply heat and foam the EPS into the requested size .
Note: If you can buy foamed EPS particles locally ,then this parts no need .

OYD group was establised in 2008. we have 5 subsidiaries for producing different kinds of products, eps concrete wall panel machine; mgo board production line; hollow glass aluminum spacer; Laser cutting, etc. We moved to a new area, which has 66000 sqm. Plant area occupy 60000sqm and the office building occupy 6000sqm.
