Double-row line print head arrangement
Using double-row printhead, McLantis digital machine can print 600*600dpi, 1200*600dpi, 1200*1200dpi high-quality exquisite patterns, and can expand the printing width according to user requirements. With minimum 2.5pl ink dot, McLantis digital machine ensures high precision and high-quality continuous printing at high speed, which can achieve 70 meters/min.
Reversing and rewinding function
McLantis digital machine can feed paper in the forward direction or rewind it in the reverse direction. It can print variable data for the second time. It only needs a short amount of raw material to adjust the registration, accurate setting, reducing waste and saving cost. Reverse the paper roll and the machine can print the reverse side of the paper roll.
Modular system
The unwinding part of McLantis digital machine can be expanded for coating and corona treatment. The winding part can be expanded to add lamination and proof system.

Printhead automatic cleaning
When the machine is in standby or inkjet failure, the headstock will automatically return to the maintenance position to complete the cleaning of the spray holes and the bottom plate and return to the printing position, so that each spray hole is in a perfect state to ensure the printing quality. When the machine is not in working station, the headstock will automatically return to the maintenance position and buckle on the ink pad to keep the seal to prevent dust from entering and ink from solidifying and
