Our raw material is from 320*480 large-section continuous casting billet, then rolling into 150*150 square billet by drilling holes and inserting seamless pipe, and made of 55SiMnMo. The whole production involves multiple processes, including steel rolling, forging, quenching and tempering, etc. According to the different choices of customers, our company has different quality products, such as extra-excellent, excellent, ordinary drilling rod, etc. Customers can choose suitable drilling rod according to different hardness of rock and types of jack hammer. Extra- excellent drilling rod QSAAA and GTIII can be applied to solid rock, III level or above and f≥12 rocks according to Protodikonov’s Hardness Coefficient of Rock. Excellent drilling rod QSAA and G30 is suitable for IV level or above and f≥12 rocks, ordinary drilling rod suitable for IV level or below and f≤8 rocks.

The Quality control team has 30 members, more than 30 sets existing inspection equipments, mainly responsible for the analysis and detection of all raw materials, finished products and some semi-finished products in the company, undertaking more than 800 analysis and testing items such as physics, chemistry, materials, mechanics, appearance and dimensions , etc. The involved products include powder, Cemented carbide products, thermal spray powder, and construction tools.
Steel raw materials are purchased from large-scale state-owned company, quality assurance, storage capacity up to 800 tons -1000 tons, guaranteed enough production. Using ERP system to manage the inventory, the placement of the finished products adopts sub-area classification, huge handling capacity.
