A5: All of our products comes in standard sizes. But we can customize the sizes according to your specific requirements.

A7: Mostly 25-40 days after deposit, 60-80 days for large quantities.
Q8: What are your terms of payment?
A8: 50 deposit in advance + 50% balance of duplicate bill of lading.

A10: we use high quality non-woven bags inside and reinforce cartons with solid wood frame for every pieces.

A11: Yes,our warranty is 10 years, we have professional QC teams.We would requst detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent,we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent orders.
