Technical requirement

1. The total number of heating film is 20, 10 in series + 10 in series, and then in parallel. The total input voltage: dc84v, total power: 240W, heating system

The total mass is 1kg, and the temperature rise requirement is 15-20 ° C per hour. Rated voltage of single heating film: 8.4v DC, rated power of single heating film: 12W, resistance: 5.88 Ω± 5%;

2. Safety performance: withstand voltage AC1000V, 50 ~ 60Hz, 1min; DC1500V 1min, no breakdown; insulation > 500m Ω, @ DC1000V;

3. Specification of Conductor: ul3135 18awg silica gel wire, copper core; the tensile force between conductor and heating film is more than 50N, and the outgoing line is connected with bare wire;

4. Single chip solder joint k-704bl adhesive;

5. The surface of the diaphragm shall be flat, clean and free of concave and convex points, creases and damages; the heating body shall be free of dirt; the back of the welding point shall be flat and free of sharp bumps;

6. Operating temperature range of diaphragm: - 40 ℃ ~ 180 ℃;

7. The main section structure of the membrane consists of PI membrane (0.08), heating body (0.05), PI membrane (0.08), with a total thickness of 0.21mm. It is firmly bonded and shall not crack within 8 years;

8. All materials meet RoHS and FCC certification standards; flame retardant grade ul94-v0;
