1. When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after full payment is received. If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representatives. You can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

 

    2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most packages will be shipped from our CHINA warehouse with UPS or FEDEX directly. Domestic shipment usually takes  3-7 business days to arrive after shipped. Delays can occur due to bad weather, incorrect addresses, and delays in customs clearance which are uncontrollable.

 

   3. Is there a warranty available? How long does it cover?

For your 100% worry-free shopping experience, we provide a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of your purchase.

 

   4. Does Zero Breeze uses ice or water?

No water or ice needed, Z19 is a real air conditioner with a built-in micro rotary compressor.

 

   5. How cold does it get?

After a standard test, Z19 machine can drop down the temperature from 90℉ to 72℉ in a 50 sq.ft closed tent and reduce the humidity as well. 

 

  6. Can it be ran off a car charger?

No, it can not be directly connected to the car cigarette lighter, because the maximum power of the car cigarette lighter is 100 watts, while the Z19 machine is 150 watts. That will cause a burning accident easily.

 

  7. Does Zero Breeze Z19 include an extra battery?

This Z19 model does not include the extra smart battery, and Zero Breeze Shop does not sell it either. The power supply appliances below can be used with this unit: A standard wall outlet, gas/propane powered portable generator, lithium powered portable generator or a car charging adapter (Cannot be driven by the car cigarette lighter directly. The power supply must meet the DC 12V standard, at least 15A current).
