Aluminum can line are a set of machines to produce mono block aerosol cans and bottles.
Monoblock cans and bottles are used for perfume, deodorant, hair sprays, shaving creams, pesticide bottles, aluminum tubes, hair sprays, conditioners, medicines, fire extinguishers, oil and paints.
The XR series aluminum can lines produced by us are fully automatic. Each equipment of this series can work alone or form partial production lines according to client's needs. The main machines include LJC01 Extrusion press, XSC01 Trimmer cum brushing, QXC02 can washer or degreasing Spray washing machine,CCC02 Accumulator, PTC01 Internal lacquering machine, GHC01 Lacquer curing oven, DYC01 Base-coating machine, YSC01 6-color or YSC02 8-color printing machine, HXC02 Drying oven, SJC01 and SJC02 Necking machine, etc.
All the equipment of the series are properly aligned in structure, having advance design, highly automated for fast production. All machines are controlled with SIEMENS PLC to ensure stability. To save energy consumption, all lacquer curing machine and drying oven adopt gas heating. Main units and controlling components all adopt branded products to ensure reliable and stable performance. All the products can be passed automatically through the production line. The color touch screen can display the instant information of speed and production, making it convenient for management.
