1. Product process description
1.1 Input and output
Feeding material, Lead paste
Lead paste is a slurry of active substances on the plate after charge-discharge, it is composed of around 50% PbSO4, 28% H2SO4, 13 % PbO, PbO2 and Pb, and a small amount of other metal substances. The main components of lead paste after crushing and separating are PbO, Pb OS2 and PbSO4. Usually, lead paste contains about 11.5% water, it contains 5.5% of S and 73.5% of Pb under drying condition.
Auxiliary materials
The auxiliary material mainly includes quartz sand, limestone, iron oxide powder, among which quartz sand can be replaced with river sand, iron oxide powder can be replaced with pyrite slag, and limestone for local purchase.
Products of the blast furnace
Lead bullion 98% Lead content (go to refining process), Lead matte (sale out or further recovery of Lead and copper), and Slag (sale out after water quenching)

1.3 Blast furnace structure
Blast furnace are consisted of furnace burden preheating area, reduction area, smelting area and furnace hearth area, During the operation process, the height and temperature differences may cause the different physical and chemical reactions.
