This filling sealing machine is fully automatic,including cup feeding,adding rice, servo-driven piston filling and self-flow filling, film release, integrated sealing and cutting, vacuum, nitrogen gas filling, servo film pulling, the second sealing, leftover film collection and product output.It adopts cam linkage control, conjugate type structure.If the speed of machine is fast, the mechanical operation is fast. It don't need to adjust the speed of mechanical action separately.If the the speed of machine is slow, the mechanical operation is slow.

• Advantages:


• Adopting servo film pulling structure, the position of film feeding and size can be adjusted.With automatic film clamping structure,which realizes function of film saving.


•  Vacuuming, nitrogen gas filling, first sealing and cutting are processed simultaneously in the vacuum chamber, and the vacuum degree of each cup can be adjusted independently.


• Using the integrated sealing and cutting process, the sealing and cutting are formed for one time. The sealing time, temperature and pressure of each head can be adjusted independently on the touch screen.


• Cam driving control, it is not controlled by rotary encoder control. If the speed of machine is fast, the mechanical operation is fast. If the the speed of machine is slow, the mechanical operation is slow. It don't need to adjust the speed of mechanical action separately.

This multifunctional filling machine adopts vacuum, nitrogen gas filling process,the sequence and time of nitrogen filling and vacuum can be adjusted. It is suitable for convenient rice, nutritious porridge, pre-made vegetables, cereals porridge, seafood, soup,etc,it is especially suitable for products that need to be sterilized at 121 ℃.
