Product structure:

1. The external dimension is 14m×14m, and the total thickness is 200mm. The structure is divided into 4 layers.

2. Elastic layer: cylindrical compression spring is used to be evenly fixed on the connection layer, and the contact with the ground is rubber shock pad.

3. Connection layer: made of 15mm thick laminated multi-layer wooden boards to joint together. Each block board is jointed with dual slots and fastened by criss-cross tensioned belts.

4. Flexible layer: it consists of 196 blocks of different hardness 50mm thick 1×1 XPE flexible layers. it is laid on the multi-layer boards. Dovetail buckles are used for connecting each flexible layers to form a whole.

5. Covering layer: adopting special monofilament nylon gymnastic carpet. The bottom is bonded together with nylon mesh cloth and 15mm thick flexible layer.

Features: uniform elasticity of the field, no noise when using, the covering layer is by anti-static treatment, that will help the athletes play a higher level when they do difficult jumps actions.
