Q1: Do you supply customization service?
A1: Sure! We supply customization service, we can print your logo on the products, we can make the products with the material, size, colors that you need. We can also print Hot stamping, UV coating, Debossing, Embossing, Matt lamination, Glossy lamination and so on on the product.

Q2: Can I get sample?
A2: Yes, we can give you our sample, the sample is free, you just only need to pay for the shipping. We can also make customized sample according to your requirement, but we will charge you the customization fee, and you also need to pay for the shipping.

Q3:Are you factory or trading company?
A3:We are factory, so our price is cheap and our production time is short. We also control our quality very well.

Q4: What is your manufacture lead time for our order?
A4: The production times are various from the product types and quantity. For business card printing, our production time is 2-5 working days; For book printing, our production time is 8-12 working days. For paper bag making, our production time is 5-10 working days; For paper box, our production time is 8-15 working days

Q5: How can I release the payment to you?
A5: We can receive your payment through TT.

Q6:About the payment, is there initial payment and balance?
A6:If the total product value is less than USD 1000, we require full payment before production. If the total product value is more then USD 1000 but less then USD 5000 pieces, we require 70% of the payment as the initial payment before production and the rest should be paid after the production and before shipment. If the total product value is more than USD 5000, we require 50% of the
payment before production and the rest should be paid after production and before shipment.
