Product Description
KJ-Expanded flashing is a lead free flashing made from rubbers containing isobutylene EPDM, an inner smooth soft aluminium mesh and butyl self-adhesive layer. The product consists of aluminum expandable mesh cast in environmentally friendly polymer rubber. It is a high performing product, efficient, easy to apply with strong UV resistance. It can be stretched, safe to use and is lightweight with strong tear. The flexible composition enables it to self-weld on laps.

| USAGE/PURPOSE | The product is a non-bituminous flashing tape that will provide a waterproof seal. It is ideal for roof flashing solution, sealing of chimneys and when flashing between brickwork and conservatories. Other applications include sealing leaking roofs, dormers, rooflights, solar panels etc. |
