Drum Permanent Magnetic Separator/Magnetic Particles Separator/Non-magnetic Minerals Separator
Application��
For separate the wet magnetic particles or eliminate the waste magnetic from non-magnetic mineral.
(1) Drum using ferrite Y30BH and and NdFeB N40H, adopting NdFeB auxiliary magnetic poles around the circumstance as the enhance of magnetic system, which effectively polymerizes the magnetic field and makes demagnetization less than 3% in 10 years.
(2) The magnetic system adopting bale angle designment. Magnets are fixed in the yoke board using stainless steel screw in the strong magnetic area while the magnets are magnetized after whole bonded in discharge area.The performance of magnets are stable and reliable. Magnetic Group is whole bolted in magnetic yoke, coating with stainless steel bandage for permanent usage.
(3)Magnetic system is connected with main axle by stainless steel plate which guarantees the bearing operation is not affected by magnetic field.
(4)Bearing using Heavy-duty self-aligning roller bearing which improves the performance of magnetic separator in operation process. It can be used for more than 3 years in the case of normal regular lubricating and maintenance.
(5)Aluminum plate is protected by stainless steel band which improves the wear resistance and prolongs its life.
(6)The drum and end plate is sealed by sealant and rubber pad which prevents water.
(7)Drum adopting 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and vulcanized rubber (δ=4mm)or Wear resistant ceramic chip which prolongs the drum life.
