This machine is mainly suitable for sheet material of PVC.PS.PP.PET.etc. To make all kinds of plastics container. Such as: Disposable lunch box, fast food plate, inner lining of packing, egg tray. as well as breeding plate for farm corps and vegetables.

 

FEATURE:  

1.The machine is combined with pneumatic, mechanical and electric drive to achieve automatic  continuous working of feeding sheet, forming, demoulding, section cutting and stacking. Using PLC control system makes the machine working more reliable.

2.Dual-chain feeding device with photocell control is used to achieve stable and reliable feeding. The width and length of feeding can be stepless adjusted accurately, suitable for the arrangement of different mould, with high use-factor of the sheet.

3.The function of two-step vacuum forming is suitable for making the products of large depth. The machine can be forming by negative mould or positive mould, convenient and fast for replacing the mould.

4.Equipped heating system with upper and lower heaters of hollow far-infrared heating pieces for two-section heating. Divisional temperature control system makes heating process economical, equal and easy adjusting.

5.With wind cooling and water fog system, so as to work continuously without water cooling inside mould, especially suitable for production by non-metal mould.

6.Equipped with dual-shaft material loosing device, section-cutting and stacking unit, to improve production efficiency.
