4. The filling time and filling capacity can be adjusted.The filling head automatically aligns with the center of cup.With photoelectric detection and positioning.

 

5. Vacuum and nitrogen gas filling structure operate with main engine continuously at a uniform speed. 

6. The first sealing is completed in the vacuum chamber to ensure the vacuum degree of the product.The sequence, time and frequency of vacuuming, nitrogen filling  can be adjusted.

 

7. The sealing is independently floating control.The sealing pressure,time and temperature can be adjusted independently. The sealing part has function of positioning guide, and the sealing position do not move.

 

8. Sealing and cutting structure adopt eccentric wheel pressing and cylinder driving.The speed of sealing and cutting is high and the pressure is high,which is suitable for products with large diameter and high capacity.

 

9. The cutting structure is with photoelectric detection, it can automatically position the template to cut the film when the main engine is running continuously, and the cutting edge is controlled within plus or minus 1mm.
