The 6061-T6 aluminum alloy tank is refilled with carbon dioxide at a pressure of 1,800 PSI and tested at 3,000PSI.

Each cylinder is 100% hydraulic tested and manufactured in accordance with TPED ISO7866 standard to assure the quality.

Operation precautions:

1) this cylinder must be filled by a trained professional and in accordance with CGA code (p.1 and g.3).

2) do not install or remove the switch valve by yourself, please be sure to send it to a trained professional for handling, so as to avoid casualties and property losses.

3) pay attention to the temperature of the bottle when filling CO2. The lower the temperature in the bottle, the lower the pressure required for CO2 liquefaction.Generally speaking, the critical temperature of CO2 is 31.1℃ close to the normal temperature and the critical pressure is 74bar. Therefore, if CO2 gas is at the normal temperature of 31℃, the gas is liquefied at the pressure of 74bar, and when the temperature is reduced to 25℃, the gas can be liquefied at the pressure of 67bar.So the lower the temperature, the more CO2 you can fill.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.
