This stirring action results in grinding and the breakdown of materials, allowing for the processing of coarse materials in the first compartment. The second compartment, which is separated by a single-layer partition and equipped with a flat liner, not only simplifies maintenance but also facilitates further grinding of the materials. Finally, powder separates from the ground materials and is discharged through the grate plate. 1.Our workshop

The ball mill, driven by the outer gear, imparts uniform movement to materials through the quill shaft. Inside the chamber, ladder and ripple liners, along with steel balls of varying specifications, enable grinding through the force of centrifugal barrel rotation. Materials are ground as steel balls raise and strike, before being expelled via the discharging plate. This mechanism completes the grinding process.

Most of the time, the equipment will be loaded to the containers in the factory. Lanyu workers make sure all equipment are steady and fixed before close the door of the container, there will be no damage during transporation and shipment.
Shipping:we deliver the cargo to China's main sea ports,such as Qingdao,Tianjin,Shanghai etc.And then the container will be transported to your country by sea.
