DOYENTRONTEX® cut-resistant fabric is composited from Doyentrontex 400D UHMWPE yarn, spandex, nylon, polyester and glass fiber, which can be used to manufacture the cut-resistant suit, backpack, cut-resistant gloves, etc. to protect human body to avoid any injury. It is lightweight, breathable and comfortable. The fabric has passed the test of Chinese Authoritative Lab. Test reports could be provided upon confirmation.
Product Description
DOYENTRONTEX fiber is UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) fiber developed by Beijing Tongyizhong New Material Technology Corporation. DOYENTRONTEX fiber has a unique combination of properties. The density is slightly less than 1 g/cm3, so the fiber floats on water. Meanwhile, the tenacity of the fiber is the highest in the world and can be up to 15 times that of a good quality steel. The modulus is very high and second only to that of special carbon fibers grades. Elongation at break is as low as for other high performance fibers, while the energy to break is very high due to high tenacity. Nowadays, DOYENTRONTEX fiber has been widely used in anti-cut gloves, fishig lines, marine ropes, etc.
