Electric thermal oil heater is a new, safe, efficient and energy-saving special industrial furnace with low pressure (atmospheric pressure or lower pressure) and high temperature heat energy. The heat conducting oil furnace system is composed of explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger (configurable), control cabinet, hot oil pump, expansion tank and so on. Users only need to access the power supply, medium import and export pipelines and some electrical interfaces to use.

Heat conduction oil heater is to directly heat the electric heater into the organic carrier (heat conducting oil). It uses circulating pump to force the heat conducting oil to circulate in liquid phase. The heat is transferred to one or more heat-using equipment. After unloading the heat equipment, the electric heater is returned to the heater through the circulating pump, and then the heat is absorbed and transferred. The transfer of heat equipment, so cycle after cycle, to achieve the continuous transfer of heat, so that the temperature of the heated object rises, to meet the heating process requirements.

Electric heating thermal fluid oil heater(also known as heat conduction oil heater),the electric heating tube is directly inserted into the thermal oil(heat conduction oil) for direct heating. A circulating pump is used to create liquid-phase circulation of heat using equipment, the heat conduction oil will return to the heater via the circulating pump, again to absorb heat, and transfer the heat to the heat using equipment. This process is repeated again and again, realizing continuous transfer of heat. As a result, the temperature of objects being heated rises, and heating requirements are fulfilled.

Generally, electric heating thermal fluid oil heater consists of the main parts including heater, high-temperature oil pump and filter, high position oil tank, control cabinet and piping. All the components of the system must work together in harmony for proper performance.
