Q:What is Seaworth? A: Seaworth is a private trading company founded in 2009. The main business is textile material or half-finished production, wool top and yarn.
Q:What is the main production of Seaworth? A: Yarn: worsted yarn: pure wool yarn blending wool yarn 0.2-100Nm especially worsted carpet yarn. Mule spun yarn: cashmere yarn: pure cashmere yarn blending cashmere yarn 12-36Nm POSSUM YARN: possum/wool/nylon possum/wool/silk possum/wool 12-28Nm.
Q:What is possum fur? A:Brushtail possum is a kind of wild animal lived in New Zealand. The collection of possum fur is about 100,000kgs per year, about 1% of cashmere clip. We have a network in New Zealand for the possum fur collection in order to keep material supply. Its fur is 20-30mm, 16-17mic with natural color, brown or black. Q:What is our advantage? A1:We buy greasy wool from Australia, New Zealand, Uruguay, UK etc. and we buy raw cashmere from Inner Mongolia. Our workshops include scouring, topmaking, dyeing (fiber dye, top dye and hank dye), spinning (worsted and mule spun) and dehairing for cashmere. A2:We can control quality from original in order to meet clients’ requirements.
Q:Dyeing house? A:We use fiber dye for mule spun yarn, cashmere yarn and possum yarn. And for worsted yarn, we can use top dye or hank dye. We have the equipment of cone dye, but we don’t suggest it.
Q:MOQ? A: Worsted yarn: 100kgs/color for hank dye and 500kgs/color for top dye. Mule cashmere yarn: 50kgs/color. Mule possum yarn: 150kgs/color.
Q: How about sample charge? A: After agreement of the price, we can supply free samples. If no price agreement, the sample charge is 5 times of bulk.
