Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are factory. It is founded in 2009, which has more than 10 years elastic yarn production experience. Welcome to visit our Factory.
Q2: What’s your MOQ? Whether you can customize according to our samples and use our logo?
A: 500kg for each item and each color. If it’s a larger qty, we can accept to do OEM & ODM.
Q3: Whether I can get the free sample to check the quality?
A: Of course, we can send you sample and color chart for free to check the quality , but the express fee is paid by you.
Q4: How long is the 20GP, 40HQ mass goods delivery?
A: For the customized model, generally 20~30 days after receiving 30% deposit and the sample was confirmed. For Polyester/nylon elastic yarn 90# and 100#, we are in stock. As long as the deposit is already on our account, we immediately shipment.
Q5: What is your payment terms?
A: We can accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Credit Card, MoneyGram,Cash etc. Generally speaking, 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight.
Q6: Can I get any discount?
A: We can offer you discount according to your order qty. The greater the order qty, the bigger the discounts. We also have promotions several times one year.
