Machine Description

PVC sheet / board / panel / extrusion line is consists of Conical twin-screw extruder, T die mould, Roller calender, Lamination device, Roller temperature controller, Trimming machine, Haul-off machine, Cutting machine, Stacker and other components, with good stability and high capacity, easy to operate, reliable. The production line can produce PVC marble sheet, ceiling panel, floor tile,SPC flooring panel and other special panel board. Our extrusion line is full automatic, energy saving and high efficiency.
