Raw Material:

1>Medical grage paper 60gsm or 70gsm(china paper,France and UK paper)
2> 52um(55gsm) transparent CPP/PET film 
3>ETO,Steam and Form indicator ink

Characteristic:

1>Easy to seal and peel open by hand

2>Easy recognition of content by the multi-layer transparent film 

3>One side medicator paper with lead-free indicator ink

4>Suitable for EO, Steam and Form Sterilization 

5>Change color instructions to show sterilization conditions clearly

6>The edges of the pouch are triple-sealed to prevent separation of tearing during the sterilization process

7>Pouches feature a wide adhensive strip along with a perforated fold to ensure a tight seal and large, color changing arrows to indicate when sterilization is complete

8>The indicator ink will turn brown if sterilized by Steam and will turn yellow if sterilized by EO

9>Corner tack seals prevent corners of pouches from curling after sterilization process
