Application
PGPR is an non-ionic surfactant which can be used in Chocolate / White chocolate / Confectionery.
1. 1. In chocolate, the use of PGPR can reduce the yield stress therefore to control the viscosity of chocolate.
2. When using lower levels of fat in chocolate, the use of PGPR can enhance the emulsion stability without the loss of mouth feel.

Packing: In 200kg plastic drum
Storage: Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should below 40℃
