2. Widely used in cloth, shoemaking, luggage, interior decoration, car interiors, toy and other industries.
FEATURES:
♦ It uses water-based glue.
♦ Improve the quality of the products greatly, save cost.
♦ Vertical structure, low breakdown rate and long service time.
♦ Equipped with high quality heat resistance net belt to make the laminated materials contact closely with the drying cylinder, to improve the drying effect, and make the laminated product soft and strengthen adhesive fastness.
♦ This leather laminating machine has two sets of heating system, user can select one set heating mode or two sets, to reduce the energy consumption and lower costs.
♦ Surface of heating roller is pasted with Teflon paper in order to efficacious prevent the hot melt adhesive against sticking on the surface of roller and carbonization.
♦ For clamp roller, both hand wheel adjustment and the pneumatic control are available.
♦ Equipped with automatic infrared centering control unit, which can effectively prevent the net belt deviation, and ensure the net belt service life
♦ Customized manufacturing is available.
♦ Low maintenance cost and simple to maintain

4. How do I trust your quality?
We have a strict and scientific quality control management system, and have passed the strict CE and ISO international certifications inspections. We have professional quality control personnel. For each step of our machine production, a set of quality control teams will be responsible for checking. The following steps can not be performed before the item passes all inspections. At the end of the machine assembly, a series of tests will be performed. We will not deliver it until the machine passes all tests. We provide a one-year warranty for our machines. Generally, our customers have used our machines for at least 5 years, 8 years or even 10 years. Throughout the life of our machines, spare parts will be replaced at cost.
5. How to operate the machine?
