How do you control the quality?

We have strict & effective QC system, we will do twice inspection per order to make sure quality, The first QC check will be taken when 50-60% of the production quantity is complete.  The final inspection will be taken once products are 100% complete and 80% of the packaging is complete. QC report for every single shipment.

Do you also make customized design?

Yes. We have our own R&D dept, a professional team with rich experience in garden crafts design and manufacturing. We need to charge for the OEM new mold. For the customer design, we keep exclusivity for the customer.

Are your samples free or need cost?

It depends on the products. For low value products (small deco), we will provide free samples and customer pays for the freight. But for high value sample ( garden table, fountain, big decoration), we will charge for the samples.

How long can I expect to get the sample?

It will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days.
