Low melt polyester staple fiber 4d 51MM LM fiber

Low Melt LM Polyester Staple Fiber is a bi-component fiber with co polyester sheath and polyester core. This fiber has low melting point, thermoplastics and self-adhesive properties. This fiber when blending with regular polyester fiber and converted into web, thermal-bonding fiber help to bond fiber with each other and make non-wovens soft touch, wash fastness, easy care and with no environmental contamination. There are 3 different melting points of Low-melt thermal-bonding fiber: 110℃, 140℃, 180℃ for our customers.

Low melt bonding fiber is a sheath/core bi-component bonding fiber.
Sheath is modified polyester, and core is normal PP.
The fiber has a self-bonding property at specific low temperature to allow mutual bonding between the fibers with lower energy consumption.
It can be used for the replacement of resin, so that the nonwoven has good bonding strength with less environmental contamination.
