A:We provide technician support to analyze and find out the mechanical fault by video call .Then we will come up with a solution or send you the replacement.If everything we done is failed.We will send our technician to repair the machine for you.
Q:When can the machine be shipped after order is placed?
A:The delivery time is depends on the machine model and order quantity.About 15-30 working days after the confirmation of the order.Please contact our staff for detail info.
