Meat mixer - is with simple operation, convenient, automatic discharge, lower labor, and whict it is unique rotation teeth arrangement form to make the material mix more evenly.The unique three-layer seal protection equipment has a longer service life and is more convenient to clean.It has good adaptability and mixing effect to material, powder, mud, paste.It has good shape preservation to the block.Has the reverse function, has the automatic discharging function.It adopts parallel biaxial structure and inclined plate type blade to make the material reach the best effect, suitable for all kinds of process requirements.

Feaure:

1.Vacuum mixer is able to mix compound of material and additives in a vacuum space,by which means to reduce air in the compind,increase the flexibility of product,and prolong the expire date of product.

2.Using the balance two-axis structure,inclined plate blade,turn in the material stir in the container and circular motion again and again,to make all kinds of materail mixing more evenly.

3.Adopts PLC and touch screen controller,set stirring time,amount of rest and mixing program.

4.Container lid opening and closing and discharging door switch adpots pneumatic cylinders,easy operation.

5.The machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel,rational construction,stable propery and easy clean.
