HSR-340/450/660
unit type flexographic printing machine (SLEEVE TYPE) adopts the latest servo control system Baumuller from Germany . Each printing unit is driven by double servo motor .there are 37 servo motors ， 3- Die cutting stations， and conveyors ，12 colors printing ，ensuring high precision and stability during the machine runs in high speed .
Printing roller adopts air support shaft sleeve control
by servo( without gear). easy convenient and fast to change the sleeve the printing quality and reduce the maintenance.
Printing and ink transfer pressure adjustment : the printing roller working on rolling pillow way , when start to setup , only need to fine- tune the corresponding support frame on both side . after the roller changed,the printing pressure no need to do the big adjustment . while some special printing requirement need a little fine tuning more, that the printing efficiency will be greatly improved.
anvil roller equipped with water chiller , ensure unaffected by UV curing temperature when printing film material .
Unwinding unit equipped with corona , dust, Anti-static system,ensure the stability before printing.
