Q1.Can you send sample for us?

A1.Yes, we can send one or two samples for free, but freight cost will be absorbed by customer.

Q2.Can you accept small order first?

A2.Yes, we can accept trial orders, it is the starting of business. We are honored to send you samples for quality check. Especially for the new customers.

Q3.Do you inspect the product?  

A3.Yes, each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC before shipping.

Q4.What is your payment term?

A4. T/T, 30% deposit before the production, the balance 70% before shipment.

Q5.What’s your factory production capacity?

A5.500, 000 pcs/per month. But this according to the different product, we will try our best to meet your requirement.

Q6: What’s the MOQ?

A6: Normally it’s 1000pcs, meanwhile, we can accept lower qty for trial order. You can contact us for details.

Q7: How long is sample lead time?

A7: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-10 days, depending on whether your design is complicated

Q8: How long is the production lead time?

A8: Normally, it is 20-35 days. It differs a little during peak season and low season. We will confirm you exact delivery time when you place order to us.
