1. Cooling coil

A. copper tube aluminum fins: Seamless copper tube (TP),  diameter:  Ø 20 mm,  Ø 15.5 mm, integral corrugated aluminum fins, fin spacing is 4 mm, 4.8 mm, 6.5 mm, 12 mm, handle with mechanically expanded tube, suitable for freon refrigeration system, glycol refrigerant system etc.

B. Aluminum tube aluminum fin: seamless cold aluminum tube (3A21), pipe diameter is Ø 15.5mm and Ø 20mm, integral corrugated aluminum fin, fin spacing is 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, handle with mechanically expanded tube, suitable for ammonia refrigeration system;

C. Steel tube steel fin: high frequency welded pipe, pipe diameter is Φ 20 mm, integral corrugated iron fin, fin spacing is 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, integral hot-dip galvanizing treatment, apply to ammonia refrigeration system, etc;

D. Stainless steel tube aluminum fin: seamless stainless steel tube (SUS304), pipe diameter is Ø 15.5mm and Ø 20mm, integral corrugated aluminum fin, fin space is 4.8mm, 6.5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, handle with mechanically expanded tube, apply to ammonia refrigeration system, carbon dioxide refrigeration system, etc

2,air cooler shell

The shell is formed by CNC bending of cold plate. The surface handle with electrostatic spraying, corrosion-resistant,  We can also customize aluminum zinc plate, alloy aluminum plate, stainless steel plate and other material shell according to customers' needs.

3. Axial flow fan

Air cooler is equipped with efficient, energy-saving and low-noise axial-flow fans. According to the different requirements of wind pressure and air supply distance, it can choose different types of axial-flow fans, such as the outer rotor net cover type, the outer rotor air guide cylinder type and the inner rotor air guide cylinder type. you also can choose guide wings and other accessories to increase the range of the fan. Fan motor is a special motor for cooling, protection grade is IP54, to ensure normal operation in humid and low temperature environment
