2. What is the product lead time?
For RTS orders: Order under 500pcs will be shipped in 1-3 business day after the payment is received. Order between 200-500pcs will be shipped within 3-7 business days after the full payment has been confirmed.
For OEM orders, new order will take about 15-30 days. While repeat order will be ready within 14 days.
3.How long is the product warranty and after sales service?
We offer 1 year warranty for PCBA parts. If there are any hardware defective units, buyer sell them back to us on their cost and we will send the repaired or new units after receiving the returns.
4.What is your products failure rate? Normally our products failure rate is within 0.3%. 5.Is the tv box firmware rooted?
The RTS tv box firmware is rooted. We can also make it not rooted as per customer request when order meets MOQ.
6.What OS does the mini PC support?
