They are longer lasting than artificial stone tiles and are resistance to corrosion. Also known as quartzite-green stone, Sukabumi green is a type of quartzite that has a distinct greenish hue. It is exactly this unique luster and shade that makes Sukabumi Green ideal for pools. Sukabumi Green’s composition is stronger than the average quartzite. It does not break easily, so it can enjoyed by more generations to come.

Sukabumi Green, like other quartzite’s has many advantages:

• It is thermally stably. It does not absorb heat easily.
• It is also water resistant. It has very low absorption rate.
• It is not prone to scratching. It has high abrasion resistance.
• It is not slippery to users, making it less susceptible to accident

Green Sukabumi stone, categorized as Quartzite, is non-foliated metamorphic hard rock which was originally sand stone. It is named Sukabumi Stone because it is originated from Sukabumi area, West Java, Indonesia. 

The Stone that is also well known as Pedra Hijau in the stone market, has a distinct greenish hue, unique, exotic, distinctive, good lighting and green color composition is stronger than the available average sandstones and applicable both for interior and exterior. 

There are many advantages of the stone application, besides it is very strong and sturdy, the stone is corrosion resistance, not slippery to users, it has very low absorption and high abrasion resistance.

There are some finishing of Pedra Hijau or Green Sukabumi Stone, RTM/Sawn Cut/Lisa and RTS/Natural/Bruta. Sawn Cut has a smooth finishing and it can be called Pedra Lisa whereas the Natural means Rough Face finishing and also called Pedra Bruta. Each type of stone has each unique and exotic application.
