 Q:    What’s the minimum order quantities?
 A:    Usually the chair MOQ50 pcs. please kindly share the design draft with us. We will try our best to meet your requirements. 

 Q:    What’s the delivery time for the order?
 A:    It’s up to the quantities and season. The lead time is usually 15-20 days and will confirm with you in advance.
 
 Q:    How about the quality control?
 A:    Quality is the most important and also the first base of the business. We have a QC department more than 10 person, which are full of good experiences and have been in the complete quality control system over 10 years. We promise all products are checked well before delivery.
 
 Q:    What’s the payment please?
 A:    Usually TT. 30% in advance to start production, balance paid against the BL copy. LC at sight is acceptable when we know each other better. Let us talk more on it.
 
 Q:   Do you accept OEM please? Can you protect the intellectual property of OEM? 
 A:   Yes OEM is accepted and welcome. We promise not to sell them to the other customers on the same market if you can support the orders with long time. The relevant agreement between us is accepted if needed.
