Low volatile elastomer gel BT-9081 is a blend of dimethicone and organosilicon elastomer powder cross-linked polymer with a three-dimensional network structure.It can be dispersed in oil phase.The product contains a relatively high proportion of non-volatile matter content,especially suitable for processing under high temperature.It has strong thickening ability.Providing lubricated and silky touch with non-greasy feeling. Meanwhile,it also can provide long-lasting smoothness and comfortable texture,and hide fine lines obviously.

Usage 

It can be dispersed in oil phase (low-viscosity dimethicone and annular silicone oil was considered as ideal dispersant)at room temperature.It can also be heated and stirred. Meanwhile,using high speed shear would reduce its consistence.

 

Storage Period

This product is valid for 24 months in the seal and under ambient conditions, but it is recommended to use up as soon as possible after opening the package.

 

Precautions

This product is non-dangerous goods. You should pay attention to moisture and prevent acidity and other impurities from mixing with the product during transportation and storage.
