1. How can I get samples?
Seeing is believing. We are willing to send samples to our clients for test, study and valuation. In general, samples will be sent out by air express like FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT at your option after we receive the payment. The lead time of samples is usually 1-7 days subject to different products.
2. How to place an order?
Generally, you can send us your Purchase Order by e-mail. After receipt of your inquiry, we will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your reference. The following info is required before we send you the PI: your name, your company, your contact info, your required items, your requirements of the items, your required quantity, your preferred shipping method and your nearest port.
3. What's your usual payment term?
Payment term for bulk orders: 30% deposit in advance through T/T and 70% balance needs to be paid before delivery.
For small orders or samples, 100% T/T in advance is required.
4. Can we get our own logo printed on the products?
Yes. We are equipped with a professional OEM team and always try to meet your requirements and demands. Your logo can not only be printed on items, but also can be printed on gift boxes, carton boxes and manuals. You can send us your logo by email in AI format. We will quote according to the order quantity, the cost of new mould (if necessary) and your other special requirements.
5. How long is the warranty period?
All SUNCORE Optics products have been covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. SUNCORE Optics guarantees these products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. These warranties do not cover consumer caused damages such as misuse, abuse or repairs attempted by someone other than our authorized technicians.
