The Glass Washing machine is composed of four sections: feeding section, cleaning and air drying section, air drying section and discharging section. Four sets of rolling brushes, four water tanks, two independent high-pressure fans, four sets of air knives, cold/hot air drying (optional), hot water heating (optional), automatic water replenishment and other functional combinations. Main drive The system adopts gear transmission, variable frequency speed change, glass thickness adjustment and electronic control adjustment, digital display, stable transmission of the whole machine, and easy operation. It has the characteristics of stable and reliable performance, good cleaning effect, easy maintenance and convenient adjustment. It is suitable for high-speed cleaning and air drying of flat glass (matching four-side grinding products), and cleaning processes of tempered glass, craft glass, LOW-E glass, etc. The biggest feature of this machine; it adopts fully automatic PLC computer control, no need to start manually, the whole machine is controlled by the automatic computer program to control the adjustment of the machine
