Factory view

1) Pre-service (Training): In order to help the customer to use the machine correctly, the customer can send one or two his operator to come to the buyer’s factory to learn how to operate and maintain the machine after finishing the payment of 30% down payment.

Fees: Buyer should bear the fees for his engineer like ticket, hotel ect. 

2) Middle-service (Training): After the contracted equipment arrives to the end-user’s factory, the Seller shall send, after receiving the buyer’s request, his engineer (in general one mechanical engineer) to the end-user, for installation and training.

Period: 15-20 days.

Fees: Air tickets, the expenses of the engineers, including the local transportation, accommodation and meal during the stay in end-user’s country, translator fees, travel insurance, visa fees, etc., shall be borne by the buyer. The salary would be born by the seller.

3) Extra training: Normally, buyer should be finished the training in 15 days. If buyer requires extending the training time, buyer should pay for the training. (Special situation can be negotiated)

Extra fees: USD 200/ day

4) After sales service: 

Seller should send engineer to install the machine and train the worker. Room and food and Air ticket , visa fees should be paid by buyer.

Seller shall provide the replacement parts and after sales service to the buyer under the whole life of the machine. If the parts (except wearing parts) are broken under the right operation during the guarantee period, the parts including shipping costs and service will be free. But the import tax will be borne by the buyer.
