HM-ZD6418G Automatic Rigid Box machine for watch boxes with double wrapper, which designed for big-size premium boxes. It is suitable to make various types of boxesfor mass production, such as mobile phone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, etc. Size range is more bigger, more suitable for current packaging market. Machine's apperarance is new design which is safer and more beautiful.

 HM-ZD6418D adopts PLC and man-manchine control, camera tracing system, and can automatically feed cover paper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, lift box, wrap box, fold corner edges and form box.

 The feeder, the gluer and the converyor are driven by well known servos which have continuously variable transmission, and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and high efficiency. The corner unit can be attached to the tape of different lengths according to the need; The spotting unit adopts camera tracing system and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotter accuracy to ±0.05mm, and its spotting and adjustiong is more faster: The forming unit employs Japan THK linear slider and virtual electronic can driving system, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movement and enlarge the folding-in depth and corner edges.
