Product description


PFA concentrated dispersion DS703, with good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, good electrical insulation, and low coefficient of friction etc. DS703 is a kind of the thermoplastic easy to process, the molten liquid with low surface tension, mobility and permeability are superior to PTFE above melting point temperature. It can be made into coatings with surface lubrication, and no pinhole. The processed products can be used in ±260 for a long time. The mechanical strength is higher than PTFE at high temperature, and widely used in anti-stick, anti-corrosion and insulation product coating areas. It is suitable to impregnation, spraying, burning, spinning, and other processing methods.

Cautions


Keep this product from high temperature to prevent toxic gas releasing at the temperature above 420.


 


Package, transportation and storage


1). Packed in plastic drums, Net weight is 25kg per drum.


2). Stored temperature range is 5-25.


3). Stored in clean places, covered tightly, avoid introduce impurities due to electrostatic adsorption.


4). Stiring the stored product two or three times a month to avoid any possible precipitation, and freezing or strong shock should be avoided during storage.
