 Raw materials of Green grass charcoal briquette making machine are some agro-forestry wastes and biomass wastes, such as sawdust, crop straw, wood branches, rice hull, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, coconut shell, sunflower shell, furfural dregs, cotton stalks, corn stalks, sesame straw, corncob and so on. The raw materials diameter should be below 2mm, and the moisture should be 8%-10%.

Crusher

The size more than 2mm materials need be crushed in crusher firstly, crushed size less than 2mm suitable. 

Dryer

If material moisture larger than 10%, it need dry in dryer. 

Airflow dryer suitable for small capacity production line; Rotary dryer can handle middle and large capacity line. 

Biomass briquette machine

Biomass briquette machine can extrude biomass wastes into rod shape briqeuttes around 50-80 mm diameter. 

Carbonization furnace

After making biomass briquettes from biomass briquette machine, if you want carbonize these into charcoal briquettes, you can use this airflow carbonization furnace. 

Finished biomass briquettes can be different shape, hexagonal shape, quadrilateral shape, etc. And diameter size can be 50-80 mm.
