Aluminium Pressure Regulator With Built-in Filter

Aluminium pressure regulator with built-in filter, to EN 88-1.
Max. inlet pressure 500 mbar. Max. outlet pressure 350 mbar.
Closure control. Suitable for manufactured gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), non-aggressive gas and air. Operating temperature range: -15 to +60°C.

All models are supplied with inlet and outlet pipe tap fittings. 

Material: Aluminum body ,inner parts in aluminum ,steel, brass and synthetic materials; diaphragm and gaskets in nitrile-butadiene rubber.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Compensation diaphragm, operating diaphragm and safety diaphragm: an external breather outlet pipe is not necessary as the incorporated safety diaphragm ensures that, in the event of breakage of the operating diaphragm,no gas leakage (over 30 dm3/h) is 

possible inside the room (in compliance with par.3.3.2.  EN88 specifications).

INSTALLATION
Install the governor with the diaphragm positioned horizontally (on horizontal pipes). Be careful to follow always the direction of gas flow indicated by the arrow on the regulator/governor.

Suitable tools must be used for the regulator/governor fitting on the inlet and outlet hubs. Never effect leverage on the sleeve of the upper cover when fitting the  regulator/governor.
For all models with the filter inside, the  regulator/governor is best fitted at a comfortable height from the ground so as to faclitate the filter cleaning (fit always a suitable gas filter upstream the governor/regulator).
Make sure that the pipes are clean and aligned so the regulator/governor is not under stress.
Do not remove the perforated diaphragm breather cap (3) and do not obstruct the hole, otherwise the regulator/governor will not work. Install the governor so avoiding contact with plastered walls.
Make sure that the regulator/governor is suitable to the intended use.
