1) When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the

2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Our stock samples are free, the shipping fee will be needed to pay. If you need custom designeditem or with printed logo, the set-up charge is needed.

The account is up to your samples, usually it is USD 50-200 per style, but if there are many 
embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.

3) How long can I expect to get the sample?

At usual 5-7 days after receive the sample charge & design file. Uaually w will send the sampl toyou by DHL or Fedex.

4) What format art do I need to submit for printing?

High resolution (300 dpi or higher) Illustrator files, EPS, or high resolution PDF.

5) What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Our producingcapacity is 100,000pcs/month. 
Mostly the production time is 30-35 days.

Once we get your order, we will pay more attention on the production and shipping to ensuredelivery of your order happens on time.

6) What’s your payment terms?

We accept T/T, Paypal, or Western Union, 30% deposit,70% balance paid before loading.
